Leonard M. Schwartz received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 1976. He received his B.S. from the University of West Florida, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, in 1972. Mr. Schwartz is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Birmingham Bar Association, the Commercial Law League of America, and the National Association of Retail Collection Lawyers. Practice areas include retail, commercial and medical collections, foreclosures, bankruptcy, and deficiencies.
Karen Schwartz McClure is admitted to practice in the State of Alabama and the United States
District Court in the Northern District of Alabama since 2006. She received her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, where she was named to the Dean's List and was Scholar of Merit in Basic Federal Income Tax and in Trademarks and Business Torts. Karen received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in English. Karen is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, the Commercial Law League of America, and the Family Law Section of the Alabama State Bar. Practice areas include domestic relations, adoptions, family law, probate, formation of businesses, and collections.
