Leonard M. Schwartz received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 1976.  He received his B.S. from the University of West Florida, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, in 1972.  Mr. Schwartz is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Birmingham Bar Association, the Commercial Law League of America, and the National Association of Retail Collection Lawyers.

Karen L. Schwartz is a 2006 graduate of Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.  In law school, Karen was named to the Dean's List and was Scholar of Merit in Basic Federal Income Tax and in Trademarks and Business Torts.  Karen received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in English.  She was admitted to practice in the State of Alabama and the United States District Court in the Northern District of Alabama in 2006.  Karen is a member of the American Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, and the Commercial Law League of America.
